FAQ’s
How Do I Track The Progress Of My Artwork Shipment?
For the most detailed, up-to-date tracking information, I recommend that you track your package via the particular courier's website—either DHL or FedEx.
To identify which courier is handling your package, please locate the email notification you received when the artwork shipped, which contained the subject line: "Your order item has been shipped." This email contains a link allowing you to access a webpage with your order tracking details including your specific courier and your tracking number. Please copy the tracking number from this page and then enter it into the courier's webpage for the latest tracking information.
To track for FedEx, visit www.fedex.com To track for DHL, visit www.dhl.com
Will The Artwork Include The Artist's Signature?
All the originals artworks and limited-edition prints are signed on the back of the piece. If you have a special request regarding a specific piece, please contact me prior to your purchase.
Will The Artwork have a Certificate of Authenticity?
For original artworks, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity with my signature and an exact description of the piece.
For limited-edition prints, you will receive Hahnemühle’s certificate of authenticity & hologram system, which is excellent quality and provides extra security for your limited edition prints.
What is the hologram system?
A pair of hologram stickers with matching serial numbers are assigned to your work, with one attached to the back of the print and one to the certificate. The stickers are tamper proof (having small perforations that come apart should someone try to remove them). Therefore I can record the editions with this hologram number for future authenticating.
Will My Artwork Arrive Ready To Hang?
It is always helpful to review all artwork descriptions listed for any details about a specific artwork and to determine if there will be any special packing method offered or frame.
ORIGINALS: all the original artworks are ready to hang, but not all of them are framed. Please read the artwork’s description to know whether or not the piece will need to be taken to a framer upon arrival.
LIMITED-EDITIONS: all the limited-edition prints arrive rolled in a tube. They are not ready to hang and need to be framed unless differently specifed. If you need tips on how to frame your print, do not hesitate to contact me.
How will my artwork be packaged and shipped?
ORIGINALS will be professionally packaged into a custom made export crate with internal cushioning to provide protection against shock and compaction during transit. Shipped by air and delivered to the door with a transit time of 3-5 days, subject to customs clearance (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Fully tracked and signed for.
LIMITED-EDITIONS are professionally rolled into print boxes with internal cushioning to provide protection against shock. Shipped by air and delivered to the door with a transit time of 3-5 days, subject to customs clearance (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Fully tracked and signed for.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Both ORIGINALS and LIMITED-EDITIONS usually arrive within eleven (11) to fourteen (14) business days from time of order, depending on the destination of the artwork as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the work is shipped internationally.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have a different time schedule in mind.

Can I Cancel An Order Prior To Shipment?
Yes, you can. Note that all buyers have the right to cancel their order any time before shipment, and are able to return art 7 days after the delivery date if unsatisfied with the work. In light of our 7-day return policy, I recommend that you please allow the shipment to arrive so that you can see the work in person before making your final decision whether or not to keep it. However, if you're absolutely certain that you do not want the artwork after all, please immediately contact paolabazzz@gmail.com and provide your order details.
Canceling Limited-edition Print Orders
If you've ordered a limited-edition print, please note that your artwork is created immediately following successful processing of payment. Should you decide to cancel the order, I may not be able to stop the transaction prior to production. If you're attempting to make changes to a print order once payment has been received, I'll need to cancel the order entirely and create a new order.
IMPORTANT: I am not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment.
Who Pays For Return Shipping Costs?
I examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs) required to deliver the artwork back to me. Generally, if I determine that the artwork was accurately described on my site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs. If I conclude that I misrepresented the work (either in the photograph or in the description), failed to disclose important information about the work, or if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the collector will not be responsible for shipping costs.
How much is the shipping cost for my order?
Good news! For both ORIGINALS and LIMITED-EDITION PRINTS shipping is FREE of charge
